END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ACCESSDATA SOFTWARE IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLYThe end-user licensing agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between the end user (“a taker”) (either an individual or a legal or legal entity) and the AccessData group (“AccessData”) for AccessData software, which is associated with this EULA, which includes associated media and access to Internet services. A modification or complement to this CAN be attached to the software. LICENSE AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA VON INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE. IF LICENSES ARE NOT AGREED, NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE; LICENSEE MAY RETURN IT TO LICENSEE`S PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND, IF APPLICABLE. THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE (“EULA”) ALLOWS THE LICENSEE TO USE THE SOFTWARE MEDIA (“MEDIA”) AND ACCOMPANYING USER DOCUMENTATION (“DOCUMENTATION”) CONTAINED IN THIS PACKAGE. THIS EULA BETWEEN LICENSES AND ACCESSDATA, INCLUDING ITS SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNMENTS (AUF COLLECTIVELY AS “LICENSOR”), SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR PROPOSAL, REPRESENTATION, OR UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE PARTIES. Licensing. The licensee grants the licensee a non-exclusive license for the use of media, including research and investigative software that is included, or that is downloaded or received on a network if no media is provided, only in the form of object code and documentation, only authorized in this CA. Once the purchaser has acquired a single user license, the licensee may install and use the software only for processing purposes on up to four (4) computers and must be limited to use by a licensed (1). Once the licensee has acquired a multi-user license, the licensee can install the software on the number of computers that the licensee chooses for the use of the taker`s organization and authorizes the use of the subject of the software and according to the number of simultaneous user licenses that the licensee has acquired. Licensees are prohibited from sharing the software with a third party who is not subject to the conditions of this ECJ.
If this product does not contain license manager technology, the licensee may install the software on the number of computers and authorize the use of the software based on the number of users for whom the licensee or the licensee`s organization is authorized. The licensee may install or use the software on a distributed or multi-computer system. B on a local or large-scale network or on a multi-user computer, subject to the number of user licenses purchased simultaneously by the licensee. Unless expressly available above for use in a network environment, a license for the software cannot be released or used at the same time. The licensee may not authorize any device to use the software or software interface unless the device has a separate license for the software. The software can only be used on computers owned by the licensee, leased or subject to other controls by the taker; or, in the event of interoperability of these systems, on a warranty system selected by the taker. The taker accepts that the taker does not deny the rights of the licensee in the context of this CAU, underlicensed, transferred, mortgaged, rented, rented, rented or shared. Any alleged transfer of rights under this regulation is cancelled. When loading the software into the licensee`s system, the licensee can store the media for backup purposes.
